We are pleased to announce the new Global Service Center (GSC), which unifies our existing non-technical issue customer support teams. The GSC teams can assist with all of your inquiries—from licensing, to account changes, to simple directory assistance—within the company.
The GSC also makes it easier for you to access our customer support expertise. GSC can contact us using a single phone number (per country) instead of multiple ones.
Customers in the UK & Ireland can reach the GSC teams by calling 08451610038. Customers in Ireland may call 1890818925.
Licensing: “Total License Care” for commercial and enterprise accounts. This team can verify license entitlement, research license key issues and trouble-shoot licensing errors/issues. The licensing team can supply you with License Keys (permanent and trial keys codes).
Customer Care: Servicing CA’s Commercial and Enterprise account inquiries. This team offers assistance with non-technical general issues surrounding contracts, product history or entitlements, software upgrades, critical issue escalations and more. Additionally, this team is well informed regarding CA’s software solutions and service offerings and available to provide you with the information you need.
Client Assistants: Front-line Support for CA’s Commercial (Channel Customers) and Enterprise (Direct CA Sales) accounts. This team can assist you with opening Technical Support issues and promptly getting the proper Technical Engineer assigned to your issue. This team can assist with support issues.
Support Online Registration: Assisting customer’s with enrollment/registration to CA’s Support Online Portal (SupportConnect). This team will investigate any access or entitlement issues that you have and can assist you on registration issues and navigating the application. (Note: For North American users this team can be accessed by selecting the Technical Support Option, #2, on the phone menu).
CA Operators: Connecting you to the appropriate CA employees as well as the various departments within CA. This team can assist with general inquiries regarding CA office locations and teams within the company.
So we may expedite your call, when contacting the GSC, please have the following information available if needing assistance with Licensing, Customer Care or Technical Support:
- Company name
- Company ID number (Site ID, Business Partner ID, OLP Order ID, or License Certificate number)
- Corresponding contract number
